Problem to remove virus from your pc

i am having great trouble in removing a virus on my pc

the virus is :::::::: Downloader Turown A ( Trojan Type i think )

ive ran AVG 7 trail version and that will not remove or heal the virus

Help!!!!!!!!!! previously i had installed NORTON anti-virus . but that didnt even identify/discover the virus as where avg does

the virus is located in c:/downloads on my pc

ive allso ran spy-bot and ad-aware and cwshredder

Remember when you install a new version of Norton anti-virus, your must update the virus definition from the internet, so it can find and remove almost all the virus in your pc.
