How do I get my cd to work?

When i try to play cd/dv message appears the audiohard.or driver does not appear to be working on this system please check your audi settings i rec.up. my ram from 64mb to 256 do you think i could have dist. anything ? Can you help?

You should go to the hardware wizard and reinstall the cd/dv It will ask you if you have a disk insert now Note: this disk is the driver for your cd Once the set-up is complete, you would be able to play cd's again.
