How to remove icons in the system tray?

Usually the icons are there when the program is running if you want them to be removed just right click it to exit the program Sometimes those programs are lauched when you start up the computer If you don't want those icons there you need to remove them from your startup folder Just go to start,programs, then startup folder and remove the shortcut from that program and the icon will not be there when you boot up.
