How to fix these problems?

I have two problems #1 when I open my windows I get data1.dat was not found. #2 I try to get into Pogo games of which I have using for a long time.As of 02/23/2004 I cannot get into the games.It starts to down load and it goes into Java not found or not working.Do you know how I can repair these problems ?
