How to make netscape your only browser?

How do you disable Internet Explorer and make Netscape 7.1 my only browser?

If you want to still have IE you need to go to internet options, then programs and uncheck the box that reads "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser." Or you can just uninstall IE if you do not want it anymore.
