Hot to stop the error message in Outlook?

in microsoft outlook during receiving post the error msg keeps returning with:

sending and reveiving error: 0x8004210A

I fould the answer to this on Microsoft's website: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;827349 That explains in detail what you have to do to help fix this problem, You also may need to get the lastest update or fix for Outlook.
