How to remove dialer from your pc?

i have a premium rate dialler on my pc which i cant get rid of i have tried deleting it and it keeps coming back. how can i remove the dialer from my system?

You need to go to the device manager and un-install it from your computer Just right click the "my computer" icon and go to properties Then you click the "hardware" tab and then click "device manager" You will see a list of all the hardware installed on your pc Now go to network adapters and it should be listed under there Just right click and click un-install.
