How do I get the links and toolbars off my explorer?

My internet explorerseems different, it has extra links folder with porn links inside on the main tool bar and a whole new toolbar called spidersearch.com toolbar. The spidersearch.com toolbar has porn on it has well, I dont know how this got on my computer but all attempts to delete it have failed and following directions of unlocking toolbar and deleting or dragging it off dont work as it just comes back when I restart explorer. How do I get the links and toolbars off my explorer?
