How to fix monitor settings?

My computer has a constant tint on the screen. All colors appear darker. I've done everything I could do in my settings and what not to try to fix color. I can't think of what the problem would be. Again it's just a permanent tint.

You should check the monitor settings by right clicking the desktop and go to properties, then click the settings tab Click on advanced and it has all the settings of your monitor, just double check and make sure everything is normal If the settings are fine you might have a monitor that is going bad You should make sure the monitor cables are properly connected and that they are not loose or broken Also ther could be something wrong with your video card You might want to open up your pc and take a look to see if the video card is seated properly.
