I have logitech Itouch sw installed and it runs via a sinfle USB port. Since installation the 1) PC crashes intermittently, with a message blaming a file in itouch sw,. This prone to happen when the PC is left unattended for some time, I assume it is because the mouse isn't being used as this only happened once spontaniously while I was using the PC. Sorry I can't recall the name of the file. 2)Now I have a problem with activating my Anti Virus (Freedom Anti Virus) Freedom tech help has attempted to solve the problem without success. And have washed their hands of the problem by asking me to contact my ISP(telus) who also supplied me with the anti Virus as part of their package for being their customer. No useful help from the ISP either.

I suspect that it may be my ITouch sw that is causing the problem and would like to remove the sw to see if I have any better luck with my anti virus. When I try to remove it via the control planel the install shield hangs up, I can't close it but I can't view it either to see what if anything is happening. This also prevents me from shutting down the PC normally. To shut it down I must use the main power switch.

3) This PC has no mouse or keyboard ports but has 3 USB ports. Will I need special sw in order to use my Logitech Mouse and Keyboard? Or will windows drivers do it?

Go into device manager, select the mouse driver and click the itouch mouse device to deactivate it from the computer Then try installing a toshiba mouse for your computer This should solve the problem.
