What is the blue screen error?

My pc crashed for no reason, then when i tryed to restart

i keep getting a blue screen error. I tryed going into safe mode

and all the other modes when you press F7 but none of them

work. Do i need to do a new install or is it a hardware problem?

The blue screen is a physical memory dump This has to do with your RAM you need to open up the computer and make sure the RAM is seated properly in the motherboard You may need to buy new RAM as that is most likley the problem Make sure everything else is connected properly also
