Time and Date are not been up date on my computer

The time and date stamp are lagging behind and never u p to date. Is ther a battery

located in the motherboard that needs replacing? What does it look like and where might it be located?

To solve this you will have to change the Battery on the motherboard After shutting down your computer, unplug it from the wall, open the case and look for a silver colored quarter size disk on your motherboard Simply pop out the old and put in the new Then reverse steps mentioned above and it should now keep the date and time.
