System is hanging for 4-6 seconds frequently for a peorid of every 1-2 hrs

sir,

my system is hanging for 4-6 seconds frequently for a peorid of every 1-2 hrs. i didn't understand why?and i am unable to install MSoffice2000 in my system.why?

please tell me where the problem exists.

It can many reasons for this problem I suggest that you upgrade your memory and also your CPU What happened when you running out of memory your computer tends to freezes If your CPU speed is not that good, you cannot perform multitasking Try to upgrade your memory and CPU.
