How to keep computer from shutting off automatically?

We had a power outage on March 6th and now my computer randomly shuts itself down.

My power button will not work. So the only way to turn it back on is a button on the back of my computer but it is not a restart button. I'm afraid that this in not a good way to restart my computer. Please help!

In the System properties in the control panel, find the advanced tab and click settings If "Automatically restart" is checked, uncheck it This could be causing your computer to shut it self off automatically.
