Why does windows not load?

hi,

Today i ran scandisk on my computer to get rid of some of the stuff on their. Scandisk ran for some 10 minuts then my computer restarted itself (which isnt uncommon). I dealt with it restarting but not my problem is that whenever my computer loads it doesnt load windows at all. It starts up for 20 seconds then restarts itself.

Any help?
