How to stop getting this error message?

Can you tell me what is causing my computer problem here? This is the error I am getting...

A fatal exception has occurred at 0028: FF1D8104

> The current application will be terminated

> *Press any key to terminate the current application

> *Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart your computer

> you will loose any unsaved information in all applications

> Press any key to continue
