I get a pop-up error message entitled: QAgent:QAGENT>EXE--Unable to Locate Component

"This application has failed to start because QWWIN.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." In looking on the net it appears that this is a part of Quicken (not sure, because although I have Quicken installed, I haven't opened the program when I get this message...it shows up just after I start the computer. Quicken seems to work just fine. I am concerned, though, about what this .dll is for. Do I need to re-install a program? And if so, which one?

THank you!

This error is caused because Quicktime installs a program to run on startup on your computer and has somehow lost the poiter to the location the files is installed or the file no longer exist You can either delete the shortcut from the start menu by right-clicking on the start button, select explore, all users, start menu, programs, startup - you should see the shortcut there simply select and delete the second option is to reinstall the program to have it fix whatever files are missing or corrupt.
