My computer kick me out, how do I get back in?

Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot make access to computer.....computer locked out...window says, see administrator...

History....Sat nite, while transferring files in window explorer..files in directory stated moving side ways and up and down....I had no control of screen......I shut down in normal fashion.....tried to reopen, screen said computer locked in hibernation?? Ask for user name or administrator and password...I put in my user name and password...but would not open, this went on for awile, using variation of password...it said to contact administrator....needless to say, I cannot make access to computer to email you...I am presently on my computer at work...........any ideas????????

Based solely on what you described I think you have a virus Run a anti-virus program and see if that does the trick, if not you'll have to re-format the Hard disk and reinstall you software.
