How to get your password back?

your site is realy GREAT!...i often visit and learn... my question is:

"my hotmail account is working properly...and i get access, but when i try to sign in msn messenger, it shows a messege...that..your e-mail address does not exists...OR your password is in-correct...

if my password is in-correct. so why it is signing in me on hotmail account...and why it is just not signing in me on MSN messenger...

(my english is not so good...but hope you'll reply me...)

If you cannot log in msn messenger with that same name as hotmail then you may have a different password for msn messenger Try changing your password on your account and see if that works If not you may need to create a whole new account Also check ou this link: http://messenger.msn.com/Help/#LQ9
