I Have various files in C:_Restore\Temp that have the extension cpy. McAffe has identified these to have the virus AdClicker-O or Downloader-GF which is a Trojan virus. Virus scan detectes them but can't clean, delete, or move the files becasue of the following message. "Actions such as Clean, Delete or Move cannot be taken when media is write protected, has been removed or disconnected. Please check the media and try again." I have specifically gone to C:\_restore and checked for these viruses which it finds. How do I get rid of them?

Thank you
