How to stop getting pop-ups?

Hi, i keep getting pop-ups alot and wondering what can i do to stop getting all these pop-ups. Sometimes there are so many it freezes uo the computer and i have to restart. anyy help is appreciated. thank you.

Usually you get alot of pop-ups depending on what sites your are visiting or you may have a virus in your pc Also you may have spyware installed on your pc I suggest scanning your pc for a virus with anti-virus software such as Norton then you can download a program that removes spyware from your pc It is called Spy-bot Search and Destroy you can download it for free at www.download.com Once you download that scan your pc and it will remove any spyware installed Next you should download Google's toolbar This toolbar wil block pop-ups Download it for free at www.google.com
