Did you use the current version of antivirus?

My son was on the computer the other day and he did something but Im nnot sure what or how to fix it. The computer runs fine but when I open a page, I cant close it. I press the X and the window...or windows...wont close. I have to end up pressing control, alt, delete to close them. I also go on pogo alot but cant load the game...Im thinking that there must be a pop up blocker somewhere to prevent this but Im not sure how to find out for sure...is there a way to do this....I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.....

Reboot the PC, and run the SCANDISK and DEFRAGMENTER Run a current version of antivirus Use the registry checker to validate the registry Use dr.Watson to diagnose the problem Than go support.microsoft.com and search for the problem that has ocurred.

To close your program use ALT F4.
