How to create a win98 startup disk?

How do I go about creating a win98 start-up disk? I need some assistance.

1)click start, point to settings, click control panel, and then double-click add/remove programs 2) click the startup disk tab, and then click create disk 3) label a floppy disk â??windows 98 startup disk,â?? insert it into your floppy disk drive, and then click ok Hope this helped.
