Why does my PC go the search function when I open a drive?

When I open any drives I get the find files menu box instead of the normal files ?

Does it automatically go to search or you right-clicking the drive and choosing the search option?

If you just double-click on a particular drive, that drive dialog box should open up whether or not there are files or folders in it.

You may have manually chosen the incorrect option.
