Annoying tool bar that keeps returning

Good Morning Gentlemen. I have this annoying tool bar that keeps returning after i remove it in the normal way ( cursor to the bar, right click, uncheck.) It is identified by "loud scr". I have ran sbybot, norton antivirus to search for the rascal. I have checked all the help options I have available to me.... Am I just an idiot? Please if you can help.

The bar is blue in color and has tabs the offer, address search, email search, email marketing, data recovery, data entry. I dilegently down load all my critical stuff from microsoft. Help

To get rid of this extremely annoying problem you will need to run and install a utility called Spy Ferret You will be able to do this at: http://www.onlinepcfix.com/spyware/Hotbar.htm You can download a free version of Spy Ferret on this page Simply connect to the internet and input the following web site into your address bar What Spy Ferret does is clean up your computer and allows you to surf the internet with a higher level of privacy You also want to make sure to reboot your computer after the download is complete just to be on the safe side This should take care of your problem and NO you're not an idiot lol Good Luck!!
