I was on the internet saturday morning and since saturday 4-3-04 afternoon my computer has begun to shutdown on it's own. some times it restarts at the memory count and completely reloads windows. sometimes it hangs up when it's loading the harddrives. it always has the drive running constantly. when it does restart it always has to go thru scandisk. I have run lavasoft adaware software and mcafee's antivirus 7.0 software haven't found anything. the computer usually won't run longer than 20minutes before restart

You might want to increase the memory ( amount of RAM ) you have in PC If you have 128MB of RAM increase it to 256MB of RAM If you 256MB of RAM increase it 512MB of RAM.
The other thing is to make sure that the CPU is not overheating, that the CPU fan is in place properly to keep the CPU from overheating or burning out.
