Are you having problems with your webpage?

Sometimes, when I open a web page or click on a link within a site, my cursor changes to a hand with a yellow starburst and an eclamation point. It only began happening recently. It only stays like that for a short time; then it changes back.

I use spybot search & destroy. Could this be some kind of spyware/adware that is not detectable by spybot?

It seems that you are using Google Toolbar When you are browsing some windows pop-ups and Google blocks popup windows, thus it is sign that page you are trying to access have additional pop-up windows.

It is Google toolbar blocking pop-up windows You can see it within toolbar as Blocked button.

If you wan to unblock pop-ups on specific page you just need to click Blocked button during browsing of specific page.
