The following error occurs when I turn on my computer: "An exception occured while trying to run C:\Windows32\ilmfilter.cpy.dll,UMonitor. I use zone alarm as my firewall and get this message; "C:\Windows32\rundll32.exe is trying to access the internet. run a dll as an AppV5.1.2000.0. I recently installed Spybot S&D but the error message still occurs. I can log onto the internet with my Cox highspeed cable but I don't know what to to about the error message. Any help you can give would be great. Thanks- I enjoy your radio show.
