Computer keeps restarting at boot

why dose my computer keep restarting at the boot ?

Check the voltage output of the power supply.

Install a line conditioner or replace the power supply.

Run a current version of antivirus software to check for a virus.

Reseat the CPU and memory modules.

Finally, check the system board for damages, shorts, frayed traces, or bad connections.
