Why is Yahoo mail plus not attaching files?

Our business mail account is thru Yahoo! mail plus. Suddenly we are having trouble attaching files to emails. Yahoo boogs down and the attachment is unable to be attached. We connect to the internet thru road runner and are using internet explorer 6. Any ideas as to why we cannot attach files in Yahoo mail. I have searched yahoo help and microsoft help, but have not be able to obtain useful information.

First off, make sure that the attachment you are sending is less that 10 MB, that's the limit for Yahoo Mail Plus Try sending the attachment into equally separated portions so that it doesn't hang when it tries to load such a big file Yahoo Mail Plus allows you to send 10 attachments with a total of 10 MB Whatever it is you are trying to send, see if you can separate the files and then try attaching it If that doesn't work, try sending the attachment one by one
