Software to allow me to password protect my cable Internet access

Can you suggest either a free download or purchased software that will allow me to password protect my cable internet access? I just want to be able to deny access to the internet unless I supply a password.

I think that the best solution for you would be to configure user's computers.

You should create special user The user will have Internet connection, and other won't have it User will require password to logon.

When you create Internet connection, you should create it only for use under that account Other users should not have the connection.
