Oops, I put my question on the other form. Sorry. I want to know about defragging and how often do you recommend doing so? Is it possible to do that too much? We have a firewall and virus program and update those regularly. We also dump temp. Internet files often.

Thanks; love your radio show.

Katy

Depending on usage, you should defrag your hard drive every 1-2 months or so as part of a good maintenance plan.
