How do you export email and addresses from incredimail to outlook?

How do I export Email and addresses from Incredimail to Outlook Express or Mozilla?

Unfortunately there are no standard tools in Incredi nor in Outlook which allow to export/import mail

However, you may use third-party software which will enable you to import messages into Outlook from Incredi
