My password is not working

Why am I unable to sign into my hotmail e-mail? Why am I unable to sign into my messenger?

You need to check and make sure you are using the correct ID and passwords.

Also some of these sites are case sensitive so make sure your cap lock is not on Try sending an email to the tech team and request your password and ID just in case you might of mixed it up
