When I boot up I get an error message that has this in the title bar: 4b4: qttask.exe - No disk.

The message is: "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk2\BR3" with buttons to Cancel, Try Again, or Continue. When I try to cancel there's a beep and the messages changes by advancing the Harddisk and BR numbers. This continues for about five or six tries until it finally disappears. Sometimes I just let it sit for a while and it disappears on its own. Help!

I think that's the Quick Time task manager When the system comes up it loads into memory and you see a small icon on the task bar bottom right near the time Sounds like your Quick Time is mixed up Maybe try downloading the latest quick time at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
