You're going to have to edit your registry to solve the problem.

It's a known issue when installing Norton Antivirus.

Click Start and then run.

Type regedit and hit enter.

Navigate to the following key...

HKey_Local_Machine \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Current Version \ Run Once in that key, make sure Run is highlighted in the left panel.

After that, right click on the entry that is labelled WksCal.exe

or anything related to your error which could also be the SPRINGFIELD_ADV_DAEMON.

After you've done this, close the registry editor as this will save the settings.

Then you're going to need to install a program called Adaware 6

It's a free program that is small and fast and very easy to use.

Download, install, and open the program.

Click Check for Updates and update the program Then set it to scan all drives/folders on the main screen and then press scan.

Leave the computer alone to do its scan and when the scan is done, select all the items and click Delete/Quarantine whichever you wish.

Then reboot your computer and see if the problem persists.
