Are you tired of searching through long Word documents for text that mixes seamlessly with all the other text? Then learn how to navigate through these long documents much easier using 'Hidden Bookmarks'

Hidden bookmarks allow you to quickly navigate to the information you want They are easy to add, easy to use, and you can put them anywhere you want See the instructions below to add a hidden bookmark.

Follow the steps below:

1 In your Word document, click where you want to place a bookmark

2 Select 'Insert' from the menu bar

3 Click the 'Bookmark' option

3 The 'Bookmark' dialog box opens, type the name of your bookmark

4 Then click Add

To find your bookmark:

1 In your Word document, Press F5 to open the 'Find and Replace' dialog box

2 Click the Go To tab, and type the bookmark name in the 'Enter page number' field

3 Click the Go To button to get to the information you bookmarked

This great tip should allow you to save lots of time the next time you are working with long documents
