Why doesn't my windows explorer work

Question

When ever I try to go into windows explorer, My computer, Internet explorer, or anything that is involved with explorer, I get an error saying this:

_______________________________________________________________

Explorer has caused an error in MSIESH.DLL [Close]

Explorer will now close [Debug]

If you continue to expirience problems,

try restarting your computer.

_______________________________________________________________

If I try pressing debug, it will just pop right back up. So I am forced to press close, and when I press that this error pops up:

______________________________________________________________

Explorer has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL [Close]

Explorer will now close [Debug]

If you continue to expirience problems,

try restarting your computer.

_______________________________________________________________

I then press close on that one. The same thing happens every time I try to get in those explorer programs, I am unable to use them. Is this a virus, or some kind of computer problem. If you have any idea what it is please help.

For your first problem with MSIESH.DLL go to this address "http://tinyurl.com/32346" it will help you through your problem

For KERNEL32.DLL, there is a problem in Internet Explorer version 5.5 for Windows Me Just

upgrade Internet Explorer by downloading a newer version of 5.5 from

" http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ or http:/www.microsoft.com/windows/ie "

this should fix that problem

Good Luck! Hope i was helpful.
