I get the following error message error: 0e : 0098 : 00000000

When i turn on my computer, after the icons appear I get the following error message

error: 0e : 0098 : 00000000 Pease advise

Try clearing out your Start Up folder.

To do so go to Start, programs start Up and remove everything from there.

Also go to start, run, msconfig, go to the start Up tab and try to eliminate all of the un-necessary items from there Reboot and see if you still get the error.
