What is software?

My cd's and DVD's will not load or play anymore and drives not listed on computer.

What can I do to correct this problem?

Try reinstalling the drives Right click on the CD and DVD click on properties and then update the drives If that doesn't work use your recovery disk that came with the computer Your drivers is on the CD.
