How can I find the missing ccemlpxy.dll file

i have a missing dll file.. ccemlpxy.dll to be exact. i cant find a place to get it anywhere.. it doesnt mess up the software, but it does give me an error message during boot.. which is annoying. anyway.. if you could point me in the right direction to find the file.. let me know.

again the file is: ccemlpxy.dll

This issue can occur if you have an older version of MSN Instant Messenger installed on your computer Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Add/Remove Programs Click the Install/Uninstall tab, and then click MSN Messenger Service Click Add/Remove, and then click Yes Start Internet Explorer, and then connect to http://messenger.msn.com/
