Hi,

At x-mas our son got on this computer and went to some adult sites, and ever since our homepage keeps getting hijacked. I'll reset it to www.cox.net and click apply and it always returns to this res://mshp.dll/index.html#37049 I looked at your FAQs and downloaded spybot s/d but it has not helped. I try to listen to your program but I'm one of those Nasty freeway construction workers that has the freeways closed on the weekends. any help you can offer would be great!

Thanks,

Darrin Lewis

You have a coolwebsearch infection, and possibly other things Please download CWShredder from Here http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/CWShredder.exe)

Press "Check for Update" before you press "fix" download any new updates available.

Close ALL browser windows or it may not work Unzip it to a convenient location and select "Fix" (do not just Scan) It will automatically remove the infections

Unzip is a method for uncompressing files on a PC after downloading them from the Internet Many files are stored on servers in a compressed format, making them take up less disk space, and reducing the time it takes for you to download them You must decompresses these files to make them usable by your computer WinZip is a popular free software programs that will uncompress files You can find Winzip on this site: http://download.com.com/3000-2250-10003164.html

Good Luck! Hope I was helpful
