Who is an adware spysweeper

when i scan my system with webroot's spysweeper.. it shows 1 software found.. though it has cleared so many spywares n adwares....it says " system monitor found Cdilla" and quite a ffew more adwares like... VX2 transponder, trojan horse all in one telcom , adware alexa toolbar and Eacceleration.. what is it n how can i clear it?

First you want to remove all cookies by opening internet explorer, clicking on tools, internet options, and delete cookies Next click on security and set to medium or high Now you want to go to your control panel in my computer and check if you can manually uninstall the spyware/adware Go to your program files in your c drive and notce if you have an adware folder there If all this doesn't work visit: http://www.spysweeper.com/ to recieve a free download.
