When connecting to the internet via our cable we have no problem. When trying to connect with dial-up using Net Zero while on the road, the modem says it is in use and will not connect. How can we make the adjustment to say that the modem is not in use?

Go into device manager and set your network connection to dial-up Then go into your browser and switch the connections to dial-up Then sign on It will then search for the internet But you must make sure that you use the proper area codes and zip codes for the best results.

Also disable your modem while you're on the road.
