I right click the Task Bar, select Tool Bars and then Quick Launch with a check alongside of it.
Everything works fine until I restart the computer.
After the computer starts I must repeat the above procedure in order to get the Quick Launch working again.
How can I correct this problem so the Quick Launch is automatically on the Taskbar when I start my computer?
I also tried the solution provided in your archives but the same problem continues.
"Next time you open the task bar click on properties and put a tick in the box next to show quick launch click apply then ok exit properties and open up the task bar go to toolbar and then put a tick next to quick launch and this should solve your problem"
WHAT SHOULD I DO???
Thank you!!!

-click on the "start" tab bottom left hand on your screen
-click on "run"
-type in "msconfig"
-click the "start up" tab
Find Quick Launch on the list before you and check it (to the left)
-scroll down
-click on "ok" to restart your computer
Quick Launch should now appear on your "start up menu" (bottom right)
It may also be a good idea to make a short cut to Quick launch on your desktop.
-Right click on Quick launch
-scroll down to "send shortcut to"
-click on "desktop"
