How can I purchase items online?

When i try to buy something online.. or check rates.. anything involving money.. internet goes to "cannot display" page. Dell is charging $55.00 an hour to help me.. is that my only option. Please help! Thanks!

It could be the way that you've set up your internet account You may have certain restrictions on your account For example Let's say that you have parental controls on As you may know this restricts minors from certain sites that could harm them Just edit your privelges and you should have no problems T o do this You need to go into the tools tab on the tool bar Then click the internet options Click the security tab and then click the defualt level button Click apply then click ok
