On several of my programs when I click on the help tab I get a message:

"Cannot open file Gnome Tips.chm." I don't want or need Gnome tips. I can't get to the help file that came with those programs. I can't find Gnome tips on the add/remove program list either. How can I access the proper help files and remove the direction to Locker gnome tips?

Please help, thanks much,

Harold Zebolsky

If its not in your add/remove program it means that the program has not install properly You need you find the file or folder You can do so by click on your start menu go to search Search all files and folders

Look in C drive.

Type the name of the program you looking for

when you find the program you can looking inside the folder for the help file If its not there i think you should delete it form there or look where its located at After you finish delete it try reinstalling it back Make sure you install all the drivers and the entire program in its default folder, Make sure to install the hepl file aswell.
