I cannot do a System Restore. When I try, I get a message'Cannot create Restore Point at this time. Restart system and try again' After re-booting the system, I get the same message. Also, there are NO restore points shown, either those automatically generated by the system or created by me. I followed the instructions in System help to 'turn on System Restore'

Thank you for any suggestions you may have.

I suggest that you upgrade your windows then try to do a system restore You can also try to run system in safe mode and you should be able to do it from there under admistrator You can run system in safe mode by pressing F5 rite after you turn on you pc during memory test Make you you dont have no programs running when trying to do a system restore
