How do I remove error messages that occur form my musicl software?

I try to install software it is musical lessons. I get error messages i.e cannot verify product and class factory cannot supply requested class

can you help please?

This question was answered on May 14, 2004. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

1 Your sound card may not be able to support your musical software.

2 Click on "add/Remove" programs in the "control panel" and delete the software.

3 If you have any musical instruments connected to your computer disconnect them at this time.

4 Check the system requirements for your software.

5 When re-installing the musical software visit the manufactures site and download any new drivers.
