Cannot startup Windows XP

I have the above computer system....when every i start my internet on XP...i get a window saying that your computer is going to shut down in 30sec...29sec...28sec...27sec...26sec...25sec... Just like a countdown starts...& we can not even disconnect our internet.....plz help...what should i do......

This is a known virus/problem with Windows XP and there are patches for this You will most likely have to reformat and reinstall Windows XP, and once you do download all the Windows XP patches as soon as you can, so you will not get this problem again Only other solution I can think of is trying to download as many patches as you can while your computer is booted up.
